Safe Campus Act : ウィキペディア英語版 | Safe Campus Act The Safe Campus Act is a bill currently pending in the United States House of Representatives with the goal of reducing sexual violence and protecting the rights of those falsely accused of sexual violence on college and university campuses. It was introduced by Representatives Matt Salmon, Pete Sessions, and Kay Granger. According to Representative Salmon, the bill “would ensure swift and impartial justice to all students” and “also protects the due process rights of campus student organizations and encourages institutions to offer access to sexual assault prevention programs, further benefiting at-risk student populations.” The Safe Campus Act is supported by the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education and the National District Attorneys Association.〔 ==Major provisions==
